Please be advised that the doctor is scheduled to do working paper physicals on Thursday May 17th 2007 and Thursday June 14th 2007 for all students interested. Students must have the consent form filled out and signed by a parent or guardian prior to the date in order to see the doctor. Please inform any student interested to register in the Health Office rm134. Thank you.
