Information:
1) 9th Grade Field Class Trips and Schedule: Last year we changed days of the week to accommodate our travel days. This year, given our room schedule situation, PE facilities use, and other factors, Nate and Jen made the decision NOT to change our day schedule, thus maintaining the integrity of 10 Day Cycle for the entire school. In the 9th Grade, however, Nate and Jen decided that in order to have Sections complete their Field Cycles, the sections affected by Election Day and Thanksgiving would travel on Wednesday. Therefore the 9th grade teachers should know:
□ Wed. November 22nd - Section 4 goes to the NY Aquarium 3rd Period and will miss the rest of their regular Wednesday classes.
2) Benefit Concert for Working Harbor Committee Youth Educational Programs - Featuring Grammy Award winning blues pianist David Maxwell. The Working Harbor Committee is pleased to announce that David Maxwell, Grammy Award winning blues pianist, will host a benefit concert for the WHC on:

David's style encompasses elements of the blues and jazz, but he is best known for his soulful virtuosity and unmatched ability to reach the heart of post-war Chicago Blues. Through his work, he has gained the respect of artists, critics and fans, and has established a reputation for being one of the great modern blues pianists.
